As a Software Engineer on our Treasury-based Technologies team, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing state-of-the-art Treasury FX platforms. 

Your Role

  1. Design & Development. Contribute as a core team member to design and develop robust software applications.
  2. Code & Testing. Write high-quality code and unit tests, work on API specifications, automation, and conduct code reviews.
  3. Continuous Improvement. Engage in ongoing refactoring, utilize visualization techniques, and drive continuous improvement.
  4. Technical Solutions. Interpret technical and business objectives, articulate solutions, and adopt new technologies to address current and future challenges.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Educational Background. BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Business/MIS, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
  2. Technical Expertise. Proficiency in object-oriented analysis and design, hands-on experience with Java, Quartz, Postgres SQL, jUnit, and Rally.
  3. Development Tools. Experience with Git, GitHub Actions (GHA), branching strategies, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CICD).
  4. Agile Experience. Demonstrated experience in Agile development, application design, software development, testing, and implementation.
  5. Communication Skills. Ability to effectively communicate with a broad range of stakeholders, including business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Domain Knowledge. Experience with Treasury, Controllership, and/or International Financial systems.
  2. Learning Agility. A proven enthusiasm for learning new technologies and applying them to solve complex problems.
  3. Global Collaboration. Ability to work with colleagues across different geographies and time zones.
