We are seeking a talented Developer to join our dynamic development team. This role involves designing and implementing advanced features for our application, as well as supporting clients throughout the implementation phase. Key Responsibilities
- Ownership & Implementation. Lead the implementation of business functional specifications, from estimation and task breakdown through the full software development lifecycle.
- Maintenance & Support. Manage and resolve maintenance and support issues that arise during the project lifecycle, both pre and post go-live. Provide technical assistance to support, QA, and business analysis teams.
- Remote Collaboration. Effectively work with geographically distributed teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Technology Adoption. Evaluate and adopt new technologies and tools to enhance productivity, efficiency, and scalability within the development team and the broader organization.
- Knowledge Sharing. Collaborate with and share technical and business knowledge within the development team and the wider organization.
- Continuous Improvement. Act as a driver for ongoing improvement within the development team and across the organization.
What We Are Looking For
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT/Computer Science or a related field (B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA).
Experience & Skills
- Java Expertise. Strong knowledge of core Java concepts (versions 6/7/8), including multithreading, and experience with application servers such as Weblogic, IBM Websphere, or JBoss.
- Design & Problem-Solving. Excellent design and problem-solving skills, with a disciplined, engineering-oriented mindset.
- PL/SQL Proficiency. Solid experience with Oracle PL/SQL and performance techniques.
- Testing & Tooling. Experience with unit testing using JUnit, mock objects, and knowledge of version control systems like GIT or SVN. Familiarity with tools such as SONAR.
- JVM Management. Understanding of JVM memory management fundamentals.
- Agile Methodology. Experience with Agile development methodology, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Continuous Integration (CI).

- Proven communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment and experience with Agile development is preferred.
