We are seeking a talented Developer to join our dynamic development team. This role involves designing and implementing advanced features for our application, as well as supporting clients throughout the implementation phase. Key Responsibilities

1. Ownership & Implementation. Lead the implementation of business functional specifications, from estimation and task breakdown through the full software development lifecycle.
2. Maintenance & Support. Manage and resolve maintenance and support issues that arise during the project lifecycle, both pre and post go-live. Provide technical assistance to support, QA, and business analysis teams.
3. Remote Collaboration. Effectively work with geographically distributed teams to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Technology Adoption. Evaluate and adopt new technologies and tools to enhance productivity, efficiency, and scalability within the development team and the broader organization.
5. Knowledge Sharing. Collaborate with and share technical and business knowledge within the development team and the wider organization.
6. Continuous Improvement. Act as a driver for ongoing improvement within the development team and across the organization.

What We Are Looking For

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT/Computer Science or a related field (B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA).

Experience & Skills

1. Java Expertise. Strong knowledge of core Java concepts (versions 6/7/8), including multithreading, and experience with application servers such as Weblogic, IBM Websphere, or JBoss.
2. Design & Problem-Solving. Excellent design and problem-solving skills, with a disciplined, engineering-oriented mindset.
3. PL/SQL Proficiency. Solid experience with Oracle PL/SQL and performance techniques.
4. Testing & Tooling. Experience with unit testing using JUnit, mock objects, and knowledge of version control systems like GIT or SVN. Familiarity with tools such as SONAR.
5. JVM Management. Understanding of JVM memory management fundamentals.
6. Agile Methodology. Experience with Agile development methodology, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Continuous Integration (CI).

• Ability to collaborate in a team environment and experience with Agile development is preferred.
