As a DevOps Engineer, you will be an integral part of our global engineering team, driving innovation and efficiency within a highly agile DevOps environment. Your role will focus on optimizing daily operations, enhancing developer productivity, and continuously improving our framework.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaboration. Work closely with global engineering teams and multi-vendor Scrum teams to support and advance CI/CD practices.
2. Framework Optimization. Identify and implement improvements to existing frameworks and tools, simplifying processes across our technology organization.
3. CI/CD Development. Develop, implement, and maintain CI/CD frameworks and tools to support hybrid environments (Cloud and On-premise). Focus on achieving CI/CD objectives for large-scale system integrations to minimize manual build and deployment efforts.
4. Security and Compliance. Ensure adherence to security and compliance directives and best practices within the organization.

Qualifications

1. Experience. 4-7 years of hands-on DevOps experience with a strong background in Agile operations and DevOps tools.
2. Programming Skills. Proficient in Python with significant experience in scripting and automation.
3. CI/CD Tools. Hands-on experience with CI/CD technologies such as Git/SVN/Bitbucket, Jenkins/Bamboo, Docker/Swarm/Kubernetes. Familiarity with Apache/Nginx, Ant/Gradle/Maven scripts, and tools like JFrog Artifactory.
4. Cloud Experience. Proficiency in AWS or Azure cloud platforms, with experience in creating infrastructure as code using Terraform.
5. Version Control. Experience with version control tools like TFS, GitHub, Azure DevOps.
6. Containerization. Experience with Docker-based deployments, including working with Docker images.
7. Database CI/CD. Expertise in database CI/CD tools such as Ready Roll, RedGate, and Flyway.
8. Testing. Knowledge in writing unit test cases and familiarity with testing frameworks such as JUnit, NUnit, Mocha, and Protractor.
9. Database Knowledge. Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
