Key Responsibilities

1. CI/CD Practices. Expert in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and continuous delivery in a hybrid and Azure cloud environment.
2. Cloud Deployment Strategies. Hands-on experience in setting up deployment strategies for applications and services in Hybrid and Azure environments.
3. Scripting Languages. Proficient in at least one scripting language (Node.js, Python, Ruby, Go) to automate tasks and improve workflows.
4. Monitoring & Logging. Expertise in utilizing tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/EFK stack for effective monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting of cloud-based infrastructure.
5. Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Experience with Terraform and ARM Templates to provision and manage cloud resources, knowledge of GCP equivalents is a plus.
6. DevSecOps. Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles and hands-on experience in implementing security measures within the DevOps pipeline.
7. Cloud Pipelines Architecture. Experience in designing and maintaining cloud-based and hybrid pipelines, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
8. Kubernetes. In-depth experience in Kubernetes environment setup, administration, and management, ensuring efficient orchestration of containerized applications.
9. SaaS Operations. Previous experience working with SaaS operation teams to ensure the seamless delivery of cloud-based software solutions.
10. Infrastructure Management. Expertise in infrastructure management, including resource provisioning, configuration, and monitoring to optimize cloud resources.
11. Automation & Middleware. Familiarity with automation tools for service provisioning and middleware configuration to ensure consistent and repeatable deployments.
12. Collaboration. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex technical challenges.

Desirable Skills

1. On-Prem Solutions. Experience in managing and deploying on-prem solutions in conjunction with cloud infrastructure.
2. Azure DevOps Certification. Certification in Azure DevOps is a plus.
3. OpenShift/Tanzu. Experience with OpenShift or Tanzu for container orchestration in cloud environments is an added advantage.
4. Open Telemetry Tools. Familiarity with open telemetry tools for observability and distributed tracing in cloud-native environments.
