We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to generate actionable insights and solutions within the telecommunications domain.

Key Responsibilities

1. Model Development. Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for various applications, including chat-bots, XGBoost, random forest, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI.
2. Data Manipulation. Utilize Python for data analysis, manipulation, and modeling tasks, ensuring effective handling of large datasets.
3. Database Proficiency. Query and analyze large datasets using SQL and handle data sets through Cassandra and PostgreSQL.
4. Containerization. Use Docker and Kubernetes for the containerization and orchestration of applications, enhancing deployment efficiency.
5. Collaborative Solutions. Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective analytical solutions.
6. Production Deployment. Ensure scalability and reliability by deploying machine learning models into production environments.
7. Cloud Expertise. Preferably utilize Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services for data storage, processing, and deployment.
8. Agile Development. Engage in agile development practices and experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Educational Background. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master's degree or PhD is preferred.
2. Experience. 3-8 years of experience in data science and machine learning roles, ideally within telecommunications or a related industry.
3. Technical Proficiency. Strong programming skills in Python and SQL; familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and PySpark.
4. Machine Learning Knowledge. Solid understanding of machine learning techniques, model development, evaluation, and deployment.
5. Problem-Solving. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to tackle complex problems and convey solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Communication Skills. Strong ability to communicate complex analytical concepts clearly and effectively.
