What You'll Do

  3. Collaborate Internally. Work closely with various internal departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
  4. Data Management. Perform data entry tasks across multiple platforms to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

What We're Looking For

  1. Experience. 0-1 year of relevant work experience. Freshers are welcome!
  2. Communication Skills. Excellent phone etiquette, along with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Comfort with English communication is essential.
  3. Organizational Skills. Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work efficiently.
  4. Process. Non-voice process, making it ideal for those who excel in written communication.
