Virtusa is looking for an experienced Core Tech Lead to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role requires a seasoned React.js professional with a strong background in designing and developing scalable, high-performance applications. You will be responsible for leading development efforts, mentoring junior developers, and solving complex business requirements in a collaborative global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of large-scale, component-based user interfaces using React.js.
• Architect and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications.
• Ensure the implementation of secure and performant code by using React tools like Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
• Work extensively with front-end languages and technologies, including TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Take ownership of the front-end development process, focusing on component reusability and consistency.
• Implement and maintain JWT authentication and manage security vulnerabilities in React applications.
• Participate in the optimization of application performance through browser-based debugging and performance testing.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Work closely with global teams to deliver complex business solutions and meet project deadlines.
• Mentor and support junior developers, sharing expertise in front-end best practices.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience. 5-8 years of experience as a React.js Lead with a strong background in designing large-scale JavaScript applications.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in React.js (ES5/ES6) and modern front-end technologies.
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML5.
• Expertise in Redux, Flux, Webpack, Enzyme, and other key React tools.
• Experience in implementing JWT Authentication and addressing security vulnerabilities in React JS.
• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and performance testing skills.
• Strong ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to evolving requirements.
• Effective collaboration with global teams to meet business and technical requirements.
