Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Solutions Manager to join our growing advertising team. In this role, you will work closely with the sales team and other Amazon business partners to develop and deliver effective media solutions that meet the business goals of our key advertisers. Your expertise will be critical in crafting brand and media plans, optimizing campaign performance, and driving incremental revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Expertise Development. Become a subject matter expert on Amazon's advertising solutions, adapting recommendations to meet the unique needs of advertisers.
  2. Campaign Planning. Develop annual brand plans and detailed campaign media plans tailored to advertiser goals.
  3. Performance Analysis. Analyze campaign performance against key metrics, recommend and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency, drive high renewal rates, and meet client KPIs.
  4. Reporting and Insights. Monitor and communicate campaign progress through comprehensive reports and insights, using these findings to inform future campaigns.
  5. Consultation and Education. Provide consultative support and educate advertisers on how to leverage Amazon’s solutions to achieve better results.
  6. Project Management. Apply strong project management skills to drive process improvements and ensure consistency in service delivery.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration. Work cross-functionally with sales and other Amazon partners to drive revenue and improve advertiser satisfaction.
  8. Tailored Solutions. Leverage Amazon’s data, targeting, and product channels to develop customized solutions that align with clients’ objectives.
  9. Technical Troubleshooting. Address and resolve technical or implementation issues by collaborating with internal teams.
  10. Market Intelligence. Serve as a source of market intelligence for the Advertising team, contributing to product development, marketing strategies, and best practices.
  11. Review Leadership. Co-lead monthly and quarterly reviews with advertisers, ensuring ongoing alignment and satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications

  1. Experience. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or related fields.
  2. Project Management. Strong skills in project/program management, with a proven ability to drive process improvements and develop service consistency.
  3. Data-Driven Storytelling. Excellent ability to create and deliver compelling presentations based on data-driven insights.
  4. Analytical Skills. Demonstrated analytical, data-driven approach to problem-solving and a track record of driving results through continuous improvement.
  5. Communication Skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  6. Judgment and Flexibility. Sound judgment and flexibility in managing program requirements, meeting tight deadlines, and ensuring project milestones are met.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Interpersonal Skills. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with experience in a retail environment or knowledge of digital media systems.
  2. Process Improvement. Ability to contribute to process improvement and simplify existing processes.
  3. Change Management. Vision and stamina to drive long-term changes and manage change effectively within the ecosystem.
  4. Team Experience. Experience working in large, interconnected teams with interdependent functions.
