Job Description

Join our Global Services Group (GSG), where we deliver top-notch customer care, credit, collections, fraud services, and revenue growth solutions. As part of the GSG Capabilities Team, you will be at the forefront of shaping our product strategy and roadmap for the next generation of case management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive Product Vision. Collaborate across teams to craft a compelling product vision and roadmap for next-generation case management solutions.
  2. Enhance Customer Experience. Identify and map end-to-end customer journeys, using data and analytics to improve experiences and drive business value.
  3. Innovate and Implement. Translate innovative ideas into actionable projects. Manage the development process with engineering, design, and operational teams to deliver impactful features.
  4. Optimize Capabilities. Lead initiatives to enhance case management capabilities, focusing on automation and process improvements to boost customer satisfaction and efficiency.
  5. Project Management. Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
  6. Stakeholder Communication. Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Project Management Experience. Proven ability to manage projects in a matrix organization, including those without direct authority.
  2. Agile and Product Ownership. Relevant training and experience in Agile methodologies and product ownership.
  3. Analytical Skills. Strong capability to interpret data, draw insights, and drive business recommendations.
  4. Collaboration. Ability to partner with various teams, validate results, and manage communication effectively.
  5. Decision-Making. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  6. Communication Skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
