Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused, and innovative Analyst who is eager to contribute to the success of our projects and help drive the efficiency of our testing activities. Responsibilities

  1. User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Develop and execute UAT activities impacting both front-end and back-end applications, ensuring that all testing requirements are assessed and addressed.
  2. Assess testing requirements and determine proper test configuration.
  3. Write, execute, and document test conditions and scripts.
  4. Track defects, monitor resolution, and raise appropriate business awareness.
  5. Efficiency Improvement. Drive efficiencies to improve time-to-market by identifying opportunities for automation and streamlining processes.
  6. Defect Management. Track, monitor, and resolve defects throughout the testing phase, ensuring timely communication with business and technical teams.
  7. Project Documentation. Prepare all testing-related documentation, including reports, metrics, and project status updates.
  8. Project Monitoring. Track project progress, resolve issues, publish status reports, and escalate risks and blockers as needed.
  9. Stakeholder Collaboration. Build strong working relationships with business partners, technical teams, and vendors to ensure project success.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

  1. Leadership Skills. Ability to influence and communicate across multiple levels of leadership and departments. Ability to push back and offer alternative solutions when risks are identified.
  2. Problem-Solving Skills. Strong ability to identify hidden impacts or risks in processes, projects, and customer journeys.
  3. Multi-Tasking. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, using effective time management strategies to meet deadlines.
  4. Testing Knowledge. Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies, as well as hands-on experience in user testing and defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, CA Agile Central (Rally)).
  5. Analytical Mindset. Strong analytical, statistical, and process flow mapping skills to assess the impact of changes on operational areas and the customer experience.
  6. Excellent Communication. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver presentations.
  7. Microsoft Office Proficiency. Applied knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Project Management Methodologies. Knowledge of SAFe Agile, Scrum, or Product Owner frameworks.
  2. Testing Methodology Certifications. Awareness of ISTQB or other relevant testing certifications.
  3. Customer-Centric Mindset. Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and continuously improving processes.
  4. Advanced Analytics. Strong capability in statistical analysis or data-driven decision-making to improve operational processes.
