Job Responsibilities

Developing AI/ML Algorithms

• Create and optimize algorithms to analyze extensive historical data for predictive analytics and recommendations.
• Implement and optimize deep learning models for generative tasks like image synthesis and voice applications.
• Collaborate with software engineers to seamlessly integrate Generative AI models into production systems.
• Evaluate AI/ML algorithms for their application potential and problem-solving capabilities, ranking them based on success likelihood.

Data Comprehension and Exploration

• Comprehend data through exploration and visualization, identifying discrepancies in data distribution.
• Work with both structured and unstructured data.
• Statistical Modeling and Machine Learning
• Develop algorithms based on statistical modeling procedures.
• Build and maintain scalable machine learning solutions in production environments.
• Leverage cloud platforms for training and deploying large-scale solutions (AWS preferred).
• Experience with managing ModelOps framework.
• Understand and implement CI/CD processes in product deployment.
• Collaborate with data engineers to build data and model pipelines, ensuring accuracy.
• Take complete ownership of assigned projects.
• Agile Environment:
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Well-versed with JIRA or equivalent project tracking tools.
• Competencies / Skills
• Understanding of AI/ML frameworks, libraries, data structures, data modeling, and software architecture.
• Proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and NLP.
• Proficiency with Python and basic libraries like scikit-learn, and pandas.
• Experience with ML algorithms such as clustering, regression, and classification.
• Experience working with recommendation engines, data pipelines, and distributed machine learning.
• Ability to select hardware for running ML models with the required latency.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and GCP).

Communication Skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
