    You should be clear enough about the difference between QA and QC The only insight information that you can have from the outside of a product is through its documentation. It is the complete responsibility of the QA to verify that the Documentation must exist for each and every intended functionality of the Product. Also, to ensure that the Documentation that has been prepared for some/all of the functionalities should be made in accordance to the perspective users of that Product.
