    Characteristics of smart devices

    1. Aset of system hardware and software Information and CommunicationTechnology (ICT) resources. This set is usually statically fixed at design time.
    2. Dynamic component-oriented resource extensions and plug-ins (Plug and Play) of some hardware resources.
    3. Remote external service access, and execution.
    4. Local, internal autonomous service execution.
    5. Accessto specific external environments: human interaction, physical worldinteraction, and distributed ICT / virtual computing interaction.
    6. Ubiquitous computing properties.
