Notification in Forum and Interview as per technology.

Firstly, I am apologies if this has been asked before. Actually, there is a way to join the forum as per interested technology like I am interested in Angular, so, whenever someone asks the question in forum and interview section then I received a notification so that I helped him/her out. We receive notification whenever our friends publish an article or blog, as per my opinion this same functionality also available in ask question and interview section.
