Editor's Feedback to Author on his/her article

HI, If Editor is rejecting any article and not publishing it, in that case Editor should send a Feedback message or mail to Author stating, why that particular article did not get publish. By doing so , Author will come to know , where he did the mistake and he/she will able to improve level of Article so on.
