Article URL Must be finalized after final submit

I am usually come late from office around 11 Pm or 12 AM and start writing article but due to time Its not completed in same day so I am using Save and finish later and that time url is created as per article title lets say article title is Creating ASP.NET MVC application . now it will create url as http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/article/creating-Asp-Net-mvc-application/ But later on I realized that article title should be as Creating ASP.NET MVC application on Linux OS. So in this case url should be on latest title and only final url get created on final submit . because there is lots of difference between preceding two article title and urls in terms of SEO .
