Ability to Report Spam in Article/Video/Blog Comments

I've seen spam comments recently in one of my articles. While the site doesn't allow us to delete comments for other members, it would be nice if at-least a "Report Link" on each post is added so we can easily report spam/trash comments. Admins/Moderators will then get notified with a reason for reporting and take an action to delete such comments. "Report Link" can also be used for reporting abusive comments.
