Introduction
To allow outside users to access PowerApps, you need to share the app or make it available to them through a link. Here are the steps to share a PowerApp with outside users.
Share A PowerApp With Outside Users
Step 1
Open the PowerApp that you want to share.
Step 2
Click on the Share button in the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 3
In the Share dialog box, enter the email address of the person or group you want to share the app with.
Step 4
Choose the type of access you want to grant (view, edit, or owner).
Step 5
Click on the Share button.
Step 6
If you want to make the PowerApp available to outside users through a link, follow these steps:
Open the PowerApp that you want to share.
Step 1
Click on the Share button in the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 2
Click the "Create link" option in the Share dialog box.

Choose the type of access you want to grant (view or edit).

Click on the Create button.
Step 5
Copy the link that is generated and share it with the outside user.
Note that when you share a PowerApp with outside users, they may need to authenticate themselves using their Microsoft account or another type of authentication, depending on how you have set up the app.
