SQL Keyword - IS NULL
The IS NULL keyword is used to test for empty values (NULL values) in a column.
Syntax
SELECT <COLUMNS> FROM <TABLE_NAME> WHERE <COLUMN> IS NULL;
Example
SELECT * FROM Employee WHERE Emp_Hobby IS NULL;
SQL Keyword - IS NOT NULL
The IS NOT NULL keyword is used to test non-empty values (NOT NULL values) in the column.
Syntax
SELECT <COLUMNS> FROM <TABLE_NAME> WHERE <COLUMN> IS NOT NULL;
Example
SELECT * FROM Employee WHERE Emp_Hobby IS NOT NULL;
