Step 1
Click + sign on the top bar and select E-mail from the Activities.
Select E-mail from the dropdown.

By going To Address field and clicking the magnifier icon, select the contacts from the lookup.
Step 3
Now, select the contact entity from the Look for and Look in for the appropriate contacts view.
Step 4
Select the list of contacts to whom you want to send an E-mail and click on the select button to add all the selected contacts in "To Address". Finally, click "Add" button to return to the E-mail.
Step 5
Now, you can fill the Subject and an Email body. Click Send button, once you are ready to go.
