I have over 15 years experience in the project management industry travelling the world managing projects of up to 2 billion dollers at a time. In my time travelling I also published a book called "The project lifecycle" and now I run my own successful online businesses teaching and training others about how they can improve their project management skillset.

I plan to write about many topics in my blog spanning from how to use an effective project lifecycle and business case to up your teams efficiency among the many tips and tricks that I have learnt over the years. I will also be writing about the new age in project management which involves online project management software and project management templates.
