Its not about C# but Opera Web browser provided me to access Youtube today :) Yeap a shame we're connecting these websites using Proxy websites or changing dns.
But Opera web browser helps you to connect these websites;
Without changing DNS or using "Pop-up mania" Proxy web sites.
I would advice you to give it a try.
I wonder if Internet Explorer 9 will support this,too.
