Microsoft Dynamic Navision 2013 R2 Installation Steps

To install the Microsoft Dynamics Navision we use the Windows 7 ultimate – 64 SP1 operating system. Following are the requirements for installing NAV.

• Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit Operating System
• Windows 7 Ultimate– SP1 updates (Click Here to download)
• Windows Power shell 3.0 (Click here to download)
• SQL expresses 2012

If you have Visual Studio 2010 already installed on your computer then you also have to install its Service pack 1 for Visual Studio 2010. (Click here to download).

1. Download the setup file as per your operating system architecture (32 bit or 64bit) (Click here to download).
   
2. Before beginning installation for Navision first we must install SQL EXPRESS 2012 separately.
   
3. Then we click on setup file of NAV 2013 R2. which will display the following screen.
   
   
   
   
4. Then accept the condition and go next. As show in below image,
   
   
   
   
5. Now there are two options for installing the NAV;  the first is for installing all the related components and the second is custom installation of NAV in which you can install components as per your requirement. Here we select the first option and continue our work.
   
   
   
   
6. Now Click on the Next Button.
   
   
   
   
7. It will start installation.
   
   
   

Now finally Microsoft Dynamics Navision is installed successfully. There are actually three main modules in install.

• Microsoft Dynamics Navision R2 Client Application.
• Microsoft Dynamics Navision R2 Development Environment.
• Microsoft Dynamics Navision Administration.
