Amazon Q - A new generative artificial intelligence- (AI)-powered assistant designed for work. Gen AI assistant Amazon Q in Connect helps customer service agents to respond faster to customers queries by assisting agents with proposed responses, links to relevant articles.
AWS Graviton4 - Equipped with brand-new Graviton4 processors, the new R8g instances will deliver better price performance than any existing memory-optimized instance.
Amazon S3 Express One Zone - The new Amazon S3 Express One Zone storage class is designed to deliver up to 10x better performance than the S3 Standard storage class and is a great fit for your most frequently accessed data and your most demanding applications.
AWS Serverless Innovation - Three new serverless offerings for Amazon Redshift, Amazon Aurora, and Amazon Elasticache aimed to help customers manage and analyze data at any scale, simplifying their operations.
New Capabilities for Amazon Bedrock - After announcing the general availability of Amazon Bedrock in October 2023, new capabilities enable generative AI applications to execute multistep tasks, empower customers to customize models, and build safeguards into their applications.
Amazon Sagemaker Capabilities - Addition of five new capabilities to Amazon Sagemaker will make it easier to build, train and deploy models for generative AI.
New capabilities for Amazon Supply Chain - New capabilities for Supply Chain will help customers with forecasting, refresh products reducing inventory costs and respond faster to demand.
Amazon One Enterprise - This introduction of new plan recognition identity service will enable organization to provide faster and contactless authorization to physical locations such as offices, educational institutions, hotels, data centers etc. by simply scanning palm of their hand.
Zero ETL Future - Four new integration for AWS services as part of investment ‘Zero ETL Future’ will help customer to get their data easily and much faster.
