Prerequisites
Navigate to Exchange admin center and make sure Outlook on the web option is enabled for the user to see the "share to Outlook option" in Microsoft Teams.
Share to Outlook
Navigate to any Teams channel. In the conversation, click on More options … > Share to Outlook.
Enter the recipients to whom it has to be shared and click Send.
