How to Set Auto Scaling in Azure Web Apps

Now let's get started with the following steps:

First Sign in to the online Microsoft Azure Portal.

Set Auto Scaling in Azure Web Apps

In the web app's blade in the Portal, click All settings, then click Scale Out. 

Now we can change the number of instances to automatic, so select the metric you want in the Scale by dropdown. For example, for an App Service plan you can scale by CPU Percentage. Then we will get a slider, and/or text boxes to enter the number of instances you want to scale between and Click the Save command for set Auto Scaling.
