Login into http://manage.windowsazure.com.
Once successfully loged in with your credentials, you are able to see many options.
Click on Virtual Machine -> Click create.
Provide the DNS name.
Pick the operating system from the image dropdown and size of your Virtual Machine, CPU cores, and memory.
Provide the username- password and confirm password to login.
Select the region.
Click create Virtual Machine. It may take some moments to create the VHD.
After successful creation, Click Connect.
When you click on connect, rdp protocol has been downloaded.
Click on it. Provide the credentials.
Click OK.
