Create Power Automate Flow Using Natural Language

This blog will describe you how you can create a flow using natural language in Power Automate.

Introduction

Hello folks, recently Power Automate has launched a preview feature using which we can create a power automate flow using natural language using AI. This can helps us to transform our thought using words into a power automate flow that can be used to automate various tasks.

Prerequisite

Right now, this feature is available only in the United States region. So, if you want to try this feature you need to create an environment with the US region so that you will be able to use this preview feature.

So, let’s get started.

Step 1: Go to https://make.powerautomate.com/ and select the appropriate environment which has the United States region.

Step 2: Click on Create and then select "You describe it, AI build it" option from the available options.

Step 3: After the above step you will get a new screen where you can write the statement for which you want to create flow.

Let’s assume that you want to send an email to your manager whenever you upload any assignments which was assigned to you by your manager for approval.

So, in this case you can write a statement like, “Send an email when a file is added into SharePoint document library” and then press enter. After some time, you will see suggestion of flow which can create now to achieve the requirement.

Select the flow template and then click on Next.

Step 4: Now Select the appropriate connection for Triggers and Actions, then click on Next.

Step 5: Enter the detail in the fields which is displayed in the below image. Then click on Create flow.

After the above step you can see a full-fledged cloud flow which can be seen in the below image. So we can say that we created a flow using natural language where we described our requirement and Power Automate created a flow using AI for us.
