What is Nintex?
Nintex is a third party tool to work with SharePoint. Nintex can handle everything from basic business functions to company-wide processes with a few simple clicks and Nintex workflows are really easy to understand. We don’t want to use any code behind technologies to run this. Some basic logical thinking is enough to work on this.
Nintex workflow will quickly turn time-consuming, manual steps into automated and efficient workflows.
Open the Nintex workflow App in Sharepoint online and it will take time to load the first time.
Then Enter your details in Nintex workflow for 30 days trial period.
Once you've Finished the Settings go to the list and navigate to the below ribbon and select Nintex workflow.
Configure the values into the textbox and mention the list name which you need to update,
Then Publish the workflow.
Click add WorkFlow in workflow settings.
The new list item has been created Successfully.
