Here is a list of steps to access the camera by the installed apps in Windows 10.

Step 1: Go to the Settings option in your Windows 10.

Step 2: Under Settings -> Go to the option of Privacy.

Step 3: Under Privacy, you are able to see the Camera option. By default, the apps can access the camera and this can be optionally controlled by switching off this option.
