UI for active and idle programs has been changed to transparent rounded square in windows 11 from sharp square windows 10.
For apps that are performing certain actions, for example here are animations for downloading or installing something, and here are animations for apps that need your attention e.g. user account, control prompt now bouncy icon when you open a program.
The badges on the apps have been slightly redesigned.
If you hover over the search icon you get quick little actions that you can perform without clicking on the icon.

Here are some features that have been removed from the taskbar in Windows 11, first you can only dock the taskbar to the bottom, no longer top, left, or right. The taskbar does not allow you to view text reviews of programs in windows 11.
Now we can't drag and drop files to the taskbar.
Right-clicking on the taskbar doesn't give all those settings which are available in windows 10.
UI changed in windows 11 by saying goodbye to sharp corners in Windows 10 and say hello to rounded corners, every single element is now round.
Almost every single icon in windows 11 has been redesigned to stay consistent with its modern design language.
Microsoft also introduced new themes in Windows 11, previously Windows 10 had four themes to choose from by default, now Windows 11 has six.
The Windows logo is redesigned and now looks like the Microsoft logo.
Windows 11 now has the new font called "Segoe UI Variable" which is Microsoft's modified version of the previous UI font found in Windows 10 the paraphrase Microsoft says this is more pleasing and easier to read.
The context menu in Windows 11 has now been updated to look more modern, however, there is an option within the context menu called Show more options that allow you to see the old one that appears in Windows 10:-
in terms of system sounds windows 11 has different sounds between its dark mode and light mode, in dark, make the sounds are a lot more echoed and muted whereas in light mode there are more clear less echoed it's actually very interesting:-
