Kaizala is a phone-number based, simple, and secure mobile chat app that enables you to connect and coordinate work across your network – your organization, vendors, partners, suppliers, and customers. Kaizala is a tool where you post a link and the whole universe can join by clicking that link :). Microsoft Kaizala has been optimized to work on 2G networks to enable connectivity in remote locations and offers features with offline support. This tool not only helps collaboration within information workers but also helps in aggregating and analyzing the data, assimilating insights and generating automated reports. As this tool is developed on top of Office 365 compliance framework, it comes with highest quality of enterprise security and  manageability. Kaizala can be used to Workplace coordination, task monitoring, assigning of jobs, performance tracking and scheduling of meetings. Custom ‘actions” could be built based on business needs through open API systems.

 

This tool is developed by Microsoft R&D India  KAI ZALA - What happened / What's up? Its name is derived from Marathi language.
