Launch Canvas App
The steps are given below to create a Power App based on On-Premises data.
- Login to Office 365 SharePoint site and click the list, where you want to add PowerApps.
- Click PowerApps link in the list ribbon given below.
- Enter the PowerApps name and it will redirect to the PowerApps Studio.
Click Image preview App.
We are going to use some sample drawing with label and textbox I have created in paint.
We will upload this image in canvas App, For that Click Next button on our Previous screen
Upload a File,
Click Next then you will see the magic
Click Next
You can choose Data source or maybe you can skip this for now,
That’s it you have created app with simple paper design and controls were placed as expected,
Conclusion
This image to app feature is a preview feature and isn’t meant for production use and may have restricted functionality. After introducing this feature from Microsoft now create an app from a visual design and connect it to data through a few simple steps in the guided interface.
This feature makes it easy for makers of all skill levels to jumpstart the app development process.
