The additional feature in the Windows family is to add multiple time zone clocks. We can also use this feature in Windows 10 for adding multiple time zone clocks.
Through this facility, we can add two or more different time zone-clocks as we need. This feature gives us the facility where we are working with more than two friends or clients who belong to different time zones.

Method 1 - By using the Alarms & Clock App
Step 1
From the start menu, type "Alarms & Clock" and press enter to open it.

Under the "World Clock" tab, click on the "+" button in the bottom-right corner.

Enter the location, in the search box that you want to add and press enter key to add on the map.
Note
If you want to see multiple time zone clocks easily and quickly, then you can add to the start menu by pinning (Pin to Start).
Step 4
Right-click on the time zone that you want to pin and click on "Pin to Start".
Now, you can see multiple time-zone clocks that you want.
Method 2 - Through Control Panel
Step 1
From the Start menu, open the control panel.
Step 2
Click on "Clock and Region".
Step 3
Under the "Date and Time" section, click on "Add clocks for different time zones".

Under the "Additional Clocks" tab, enable the multiple time zone clocks by simply checkmarking the "Show this clock" option.
Note
You can add only two time-zone clocks by selecting the "Show this clock" option.
Step 5
Select the time-zone that you want, also you can give it a name and then click on the Apply button.
To see your multiple time-zone clocks, you can click on the date & time option in the taskbar or you can simply hover the cursor over the date & time option in the taskbar.
Method 3 - Through Settings
Step 1
From the start menu, select settings.

Click on Time & Language.

Select the "Date & time" option and then click on "Add clocks for different time zones".

Under the "Additional Clocks" tab, enable the time-zone clocks by simply checkmark the "Show this clock" option
