How To Login Multiple CRM Accounts In Microsoft Edge And Google Chrome Browser

In general, we often require to login CRM with multiple User accounts in multiple browser windows, also in parallel.

By default, in Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome, we have only one Guest account and can use InPrivate/Incognito window to login to CRM.

But, if we want to login CRM with multiple user accounts, having different security roles, can be done by creating different Profiles/ People in Edge and Chrome browsers.

Will see how to create them in detail below.

Login to Multiple CRM Accounts In Microsoft Edge

Step 1

Open Microsoft Edge browser. Click on your account, which is at the Top Right Corner and beside the three Horizontal dots as shown in the below picture.

In the below image, you can see CRM Dev, CRM Test, and CRM UAT Profiles, which I have already created. And also you can see Browse as guest (Which is default).

Step 2

Click on + Add profile to create a new a new browser’s profile.

Step 3

Click on Add.

Step 4

The profile has been created successfully with a default name. Click on X to close the popup.

Step 5

Click on Manage profile settings to update the name of the Profile and profile image to it.

Step 6

Under Your profile, click on the Three horizontal dots and click on Edit.

Step 7

Give the required profile name and choose any image. Once done, click on Update.

Now, you can see all your profiles in your browser. Click on each required profile and login to CRM.

Login to Multiple CRM Accounts In Google Chrome

Step 1

Open Chrome browser. Click on your Account, which is at the Top Right Corner and beside the Three Vertical dots as shown in the below picture.

Already, in the below image, you can see some profiles, which I have already created with the names CRM Dev 1, CRM Dev 2, CRM Test, and Guest (This is default).

Step 2

Click on + Add to create a new browser’s people account.

Step 3

Give some name and choose any icon and click on Add.

This will add a new browser account.

Step 4

Now, you can see all your Accounts under the Chrome browser. Click on the required account to Switch and login to the CRM with the required user account.
