Steps to turn off Windows 10 automatic updates.
Step 1. Open Services App in Windows via the Control Panel or you can direct WIN+S and search for services.

Step 2. Find Windows Update service in the services list.

This will stop Windows 10 automatic updates. You can start this service when you need the automatic updates to be installed.
