In this article, I’m going to show you how to create file screening management in file server resource management in a proper and easiest method.
Before that, you need to know file screening management: Control the types of files that the user can store on a file server. You can limit the extension that can be stored on your shared files. For example, you can create a file screen that doesn't allow files with an MP3 extension to be stored in personal shared folders on a file server.
Step 1. In the server dashboard, click “tools.” After that, click “File Server Manager”.
Step 2. Double-click on “file screening management”.
Step 3. Click “file screens”.
Step 4. Click “Create file screening”.
Step 5. Click “Browse”.

Step 7. Select the “derive properties” arrow. Here, you can see all kinds of “file screen templates.” Select your needed template. I’m going to select “image” for that shared folder. After that, click “create”.
Step 8. Now, you can see the folder with the “file screening” template.
