After submitting the credit card information you have to click on the check box of agreement.
Your subscription has now been created. Go to the home page. It will be shown below the image.
Once creating the subscription you need to create a resource group. A resource group is mandatory for many services over azure. Go to on 'Resource group'.
Click on '+New'.
A new window will be open to creating a resource group.
Select subscription and give the name of the resource group that you want and your region. In my case region is (US) West US 2. Now click on 'Review+create'.
After checking the preview please click on 'Create' or if you want to change anything you can go back to the previous page.
