Digitally sign and generate PDF using PowerApps

Getting signature of users on any business/HR document is common need in any organization. Being present globally with huge number of employees, its very difficult task for HR department to get each every policy and contract signed by every individual employee.

The best solution to this problem would be getting everything digitally signed, doesn't matter where the employee is working from. Using PowerApps and Power Automate we can make users sign using their mobile or iPad devices. We can generate PDF files with employee sign and store it for audit purpose.
