Create and Send Emails with Dataverse in Power Automate

Create a New Flow and Choose your Flow Trigger “When a row is added, modified or deleted,” and Click on the Create Button.

After Creating a flow, Add the Change type, Table name, and Scope Options as shown below.

Add New Step to select Dataverse > Add a row Action.

• Rename the Action Name and select the Table name as “Email Message”
• Add the Activity Party Attribute Name and Value

Notes. While adding the Activity Party Attribute Name, we are getting the Option set as “No Items”, To solve this issue, we need to know about Activity Party Types.

Add Activity Party type value to Activity Party Attribute Name – 1 and Activity Party Attribute Value - 1 as your contact as below and add other values that are required and save the flow.
