When we enable the Copilot features, agents can do the following actions in the Copilot in Dynamics 365 CRM Sales:
- Stay on top of your lead with AI-generated Lead Summaries and suggested Enrichments
- Gear up for your meetings using AI-generated preparation notes
- Stay on top of your deals with AI-generated opportunity summaries
- Follow-up and creation of draft emails using generative AI
- Stay updated with contextual news within the copilot chat
