Microsoft introduces a new world of simple integration called Logic Apps. One of the most powerful features offered in Azure are in order to integrate complex stuff in an easy way. Visual Designer is there to model and automate your process as a series of steps known as a Workflow.
Out-of-the-box connectors reduce integration challenges in Microsoft Azure. Connect Applications, data and devices anywhere in the world don’t matter. They are On-Premises or in the Cloud. The connectors' range includes Salesforce, Office 365, Twitter, Dropbox, Google Services etc.
The article given below has steps (Grab your favorite tweets from Twitter in your mailbox) with images.
- Log in with your credentials here.
- Search for Logic App.
- Give a Name, select Subscription, Resource Group and location.
- After you press OK, Logic App will be in the deployment process.
- You can see heaps of options but I will select only "When New Tweet is Posted" because we need to catch all the favorite tweets.
- Here, it requirs Signing In to your account.
- The popup will appear for the credentials input.
- Since I need to see all Azure Stack tweets, my input is #AzureStack.
- Search for an email and you will get a number of options including Gmail. I am selecting Outlook.com.
- After you select an E-mail option, it will give you a prompt about an authorization to your E-mail account.
- Fill the fields with your requirements.
- After you give an email, submit it and you can see the success message, as shown below.
- Now from my Twitter account, I did tweet with hash tag #AzureStack.
- Now, an email appeared in my mail box.
- Here, you can see that I received the latest tweet.
