Some time back Microsoft introduced Microsoft Appsource, where you can find all the apps from Microsoft and other vendors.
We can purchase or use trial apps from Appsource. In this article, we will demonstrate how we can add an app to our Dynamics 365. We are using Dynamics 365 trial versioon.
Let’s say while setting up Dynamics 365 trial, we have not selected the option to customize our trial, in which case you can refer our earlier article to setup Dynamics 365 trial. While setting up the trial, it will give you a choice to allow Microsoft to customize your environment and install trial solutions.
Thus, let’s enable Project Service Automation, using the steps, mentioned below.
- Click Home button to navigate to another Application and select Dynamics 365.
- Now, click Dynamics 365 drop down and select My apps.
- Click Microsoft Appsource to navigate to Appsource.
- We can search for the app which we want to use. As we want to install Project Service Automation solution from Microsoft, search for Project and select the app given below.
- Click Try and accept terms of use.
- Select your organization and check privacy options.
- Finally, click the Agree button to set up an app in your organization.
- It should redirect you to the Solution Management page to manage the solutions for your trial, where you can see the installation progress.
After some time, you should be able to see an app is installed on your Dynamics 365.
Stay tuned for more Dynamics 365 updates.
