Top 5 Ultrabooks for 2012
2012 may be a slow year for the PC and computer industry but it has not slowed down innovations. Every electronics manufacturer is bringing faster, lighter, and stunningly designed devices including smartphones, tablets, laptops and Ultrabooks.
Recently, I visited a few electronics retailers including Microsoft Store, Apple Store, Best Buy, and a few others and among these stores, the Microsoft Store has the most stunning varieties of Windows 8 loaded touch screen Ultrabooks.
Here is my top 5 list.
#1: Acer Aspire S7
Aspire S7 inspired by Intel and Apple's Macbook Air, starting at $1400. This is a really light, thin, powerful, and stunning design Ultrabook loaded with Windows 8, Intel i3, i5, and i5 processor with 4GB+ memory.

Starting at $999, Yoga is one of the very first innovative convertible ultrabooks. It has 3 different physical forms. You can convert it as a Tablet, Notebook or a Tablet with a Keyboard.
It runs Windows 8 on Intel i3, i5, or i5 processor with 4GB+ memory.

#3. Sony VAIO Duo 11 Ultrabook
Sony VAIO Duo 11 Ultrabook is one of my favorites. VAIO Duo is a touchscreen tablet with full HD laptop, starts at $1099. Loaded with Windows 8 Pro, 3rd gen Intel Core i7 processor, 11.6" Full HD IPS touch display (1920 x 1080). This tablet converts from tablet to laptop and vice versa.
The 11-inch size makes it a just perfect replacement of a Tablet and works as a laptop.
