another language, then the Windows 8 Consumer Preview provides the ability to easily change it. Windows 8 Consumer Preview comes with language packs for 167 languages, which can be simply changed from the control panel in desktop mode. These language packs are not available from the Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) server or through the Microsoft Download Center. For this, you have to follow some steps.

Step 3
In the Change your language preferences pane, click on
Add a language.
Step 4
Now search for the language that you want to install. For example, Select Japanese and click on ADD. Now the Japanese language is added
into your system.
Step 5
In the Change your language preferences pane, click
Options next to the language that you added.
Step 6
If the language is available then click on Download
and Install language Pack.
Step 7
When the language is installed, the language is displayed and to
make this language your display then move it to the top of
your language list.

Log off and log back into Windows for the change to take
