Sign up for an Office 365 Developer Site

Add an app in Outlook from the App store
- Navigate to Office 365 developer site. URL: https://portal.office.com/Home
- Click on Outlook.
- On the top right corner, click on the Settings icon and then click on Manage apps.
- The page displays all the apps that have been installed for Outlook.
- Click on the Find more apps for Outlook at the Office store link.
- All the apps that are available for Outlook will be displayed as shown below.
- Click on the LinkedIn for Outlook app.
- Click on the Add button.
- Click on the Install button.
- Assuming the app was successfully installed, click on the Ok button and it will be listed as shown below.
Test the LinkedIn app in Outlook
- On the top navigation bar click on the Outlook link.

Click on any email message.

You will be able to see the LinkedIn app as shown below.

Click on the LinkedIn link. It will show all the LinkedIn contacts available for this message as shown below.
Note: The first time you may need to login to LinkedIn by providing the account details.

Click on any of the contacts and you will be able to see the following contact details.
Remove an app from Outlook
- On the top right corner, click on the Settings icon and then click on Manage apps.
- Select the app that must be removed from Outlook and click on the "-" icon.
- Click on the Yes button. The app is uninstalled successfully from Outlook.
