The following are the steps to add programs or applications to the desktop Context Menu.
Step 1
Click the Search button and navigate to the folder to add the .exe file to the Context Menu and click Open.

You can also select an icon for the program that is to be displayed in the Context Menu by clicking the Search button in the Icon to show on the Menu box to select an icon.

Now, you have to select the position of the item to be displayed in the Context Menu. Select the value from the Position on Menu drop-down list.
Select the text that you want to be displayed on the Context Menu. Type the text into the Text on Menu.
Step 7
The last option is where you want to display the item in the Context Menu; whether only on the desktop Context Menu or the folder Context Menu. You can select it from the radio buttons.

At last, click Add to Context Menu button.
A Message box is shown; click OK.

To see the effect go the desktop and right-click on the desktop; you will the item in the Context Menu in the middle.
