Safe Mode Within Windows 8
You have another option for starting Windows 8 in Safe Mode. You move the mouse to the left bottom corner; from the mouse right-click, select Run or press the Win + R key combination and type msconfig in the Run box, and hit center.

- Minimal is a normal safe mode.
