Steps How to Disable User Account Control in Windows 8
Step 1
Move the cursor to the bottom-right and select the search box and enter into the search box what you want.

In the search box, you enter the regedit under the application tab and click on the window that is shown.

After clicking on regedit, you will get a UAC Window. In this Window, you click on Yes Button.

In the Window that is shown, you will see the "Registry Editor".

In this step you click on the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE; choose the sub-category Software; the chosen sub-category Microsoft; choose the sub-category Windows; choose the sub-category Current Version; choose the sub-category Policies; choose the subcategory System and right-click on EnableUA file and then click on modify.

Step 6
In this step, you put the 0 instead of 1 under value data for disabling the User Account Control and click on OK Button.
Step 7
In this step, you will see the confirmation message for turning off the UAC and then click on restart this computer.
Another way to Disable the User Account Control
Step 1
In the Metro UI, search box types the UAC under the Application tab and click on it.
Step 2
In this step, you slide the slider downwards to disable the UAC and then click on the OK button. That is shown in the following image:
