Key Responsibilities

Website Migration

• Plan and execute website migration to WordPress.
• Safeguard against data loss or functionality disruptions.
• Maintain SEO rankings and ensure a seamless transition.

Website Redesign

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand design goals and business needs.
• Customize WordPress themes for a user-friendly, responsive experience.

Functional Enhancements

• Integrate essential plugins like SEO, analytics, and e-commerce.
• Develop custom solutions and features tailored to client needs.

Performance Optimization

• Optimize website speed and performance using tools like GTmetrix.
• Implement SEO best practices for better visibility and compliance with standards.

Testing & Deployment

• Conduct thorough testing for functionality, usability, and performance.
• Manage the successful launch of the website and provide post-launch support.

Training & Documentation

• Train team members on WordPress management.
• Document processes for ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting.

Qualifications and Skills

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of WordPress development experience, including migration and design.

Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in WordPress (themes, plugins, page builders like Elementor).
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP.
• Experience in website migration, SEO practices, and optimization tools.
• Familiarity with WooCommerce and web hosting environments.

• Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
